What you are buying

A digital A4 PDF for your own personal, household use. You may print it as many times as you like, for your own household, and keep it forever.

You may not resell it, redistribute it, share the file publicly, upload it to a file-sharing service, or use it commercially — including reselling it as part of a service to clients — without written permission.

What a pack is, and is not

Every pack is a planning aid. It signposts UK government and provider processes. It is not legal, tax, financial or medical advice, and nothing in it should be relied on as such. Where a decision matters, use the official source the pack links to, or take professional advice.

Rates, fees and deadlines change. Each pack carries an edition mark and links to the live source for every figure so you can confirm it yourself.

Price and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and are the same on every platform we sell through. We do not run sales, discount codes or countdown offers.

Delivery

Immediately on payment, as a download link and by email. If it does not arrive, contact us and we will send it.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability for any claim connected with a pack is limited to what you paid for it.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
