Who is responsible

ReadyHomeUK, a trading name of A Fuller Life AI, Liverpool, United Kingdom, is the data controller for this site. Contact: hello@readyhomeuk.com.

What we collect

If you ask for the free one-pager

Your email address, and nothing else. Lawful basis: consent. We use it to send you the one-pager and, occasionally, to tell you when a pack is updated or a new one lands. Every email has a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing deletes you.

If you buy something

Your email address and the order details, so we can deliver the file and honour your consumer rights afterwards. Lawful basis: performance of a contract, and legal obligation for the records we have to keep. Payment card details never reach us — they go directly to the payment provider.

Automatically

Standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, page requested), kept briefly for security and to keep the site up. We do not run advertising trackers or profile you.

Who else sees it

• Cloudflare — hosting and security. Processes requests to this site.
• Typefaces — the fonts are served with this site. Loading them does not make a request to Google Fonts.
• The payment provider — handles the transaction and sees what it needs to take payment.
• Our email provider — sends the file and any updates.
• Etsy, if you buy there rather than here. Etsy is the seller of record for those orders and its own privacy policy applies. We only see what Etsy shows a shop owner.

We do not sell your data. We never have and there is no version of this business where we would.

How long we keep it

Marketing consent: until you withdraw it. Order records: six years, because tax law requires it. Server logs: weeks, not years.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask for it in a portable format. Email us and we will action it within a month. If you are unhappy with the answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. If a checkout is added, it will set a strictly necessary cookie to carry your order through payment — the one category that does not need consent, because without it the checkout cannot work.
