Printing, formats, delivery, refunds.

Open the PDF and print at A4, 100% scale — not “fit to page”, which shrinks the margins and can clip the ruled lines. Black and white is fine and is what most pages are designed for. No page is a solid dark fill, because that costs you ink for nothing.

This edition is print-and-write. You can type onto it with the annotation tools in Preview, Adobe Reader or any PDF app, but it does not use PDF form fields. Properly fillable editions are planned and will be a free update.

No. A4 only. Every pack is built on UK processes, so a Letter edition would be for a buyer the packs cannot help.

All four. Where England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland diverge — council tax versus domestic rates, DVLA versus DVA, school admissions, probate — the affected page carries a sidebar for each nation.

You get the PDF immediately. Buying through Etsy, the link appears on the confirmation page and stays in your Etsy account permanently, so you can re-download it on a new device years later.

Digital downloads are covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Because the file is supplied immediately, you are asked to agree at checkout that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once the download starts — that is the law, not a policy we invented. Every April, when the new UK rates and fees take effect, and immediately whenever something material changes mid-year. The edition mark on the cover — 2026/27 — tells you which version you have.

The packs are on Etsy, which sells worldwide and handles the VAT. But be honest with yourself first: the entire contents is UK council tax, NHS, DVLA and HMRC admin. If you are not running a UK household it will not help you.
